Item 1, part 1


            WE, T. H. Quigley as Principal, and _[blank] _ as Securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, for the payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents, Sealed with our seals, and dated at Dallas County in the State aforesaid, this 10th  day of June A.D. 1879.

            The Condition of the above Bond is that if the said T. H. Quigley, as administrator of the estate of Francis Hildebrand deceased, shall faithfully administer said Estate, account for, pay and deliver all money and property of said Estate, and perform all other things touching said administration, required by law or the order or decree of any Court having jurisdiction, then the above bond to be void – otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

COUNTY OF Dallas } SS.

            T. H. Quigley, Administrator of the estate of Francis Hildebrand, deceased, being duly sworn, says that the said Francis Hildebrand died at the the State of Arkansas about Aug. A.D. 1878, leaving heirs,  The Heirs of Thomas M. Hildebrand decd, names and residence unknown, Hannah McLeod, Jemimah Colemans heirs, Delilah Adams, Heirs of Emily Rice decd, Lucinda Phillips, F. L. Hildebrand, Aurena S. Lemons, Malinda  A. Adams & Elizabeth Phillips Dallas Co Mo And, that he will make a perfect inventory of, and faithfully administer all the Estate of the said Francis Hildebrand and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct, and account for and pay all assets, which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
