1899 bef September 20: John R. Bittick died intestate.

1899 September 20: Lillie Bittick, his wife, applied for Letters of Administration. She valued the estate at $200, bond was set at $400, with J.T. Johnson, J.A. Anderson and Ernest Snider as securities.

1899 November 13: Approval was set aside and annulled for insufficience of bond.

1901 November 27: Rudolph Wintken (lawyer?) applied as administrator.

1902 February Term: W.A. Bitticks and S.F. Hill were securities.

1904 May 09: Rosa Bitticks et al minors were on the docket of Executors, Administrators and Guardians. R. Wintken was appointed curator of the estate of Rosa and Mamie Bitticks, minors.

1904 December 17: at the court house door in DeValls Bluff, a tract of land was to be sold for the support of minor Rosa Bitticks. [Did Lillie remarry? What happened to Mamie b1897?]

1905 February Term: Case was closed. [no records found for sale of property or of value.]

Allan and Ida Hill list the children of John R. and Molly as:

The last two were twins born about 1888.
The Hill's have no record of Wood and Sallie who are listed on the 1880 census.
