Bitticks bargained and sold, we do by these presents bargain, sell and convey with Mattie Bell Bitticks his only child and heir ----- the following developed lot piece or parcel of land situate in Obion county, Tennessee and in the 6th civil district of said county on the Troy and Dresden Road near Troy, the said land is bounded by (descriptions follows.)
