1866: Martha accused William D. of deeding land to his brother Cyrus to prevent paying her alimony and she also accused him of living in adultery with Sarah Hicks. [her sister, based on 1850 census above.]

In 1870 census Williamson Co, Tennessee William and Martha are living together. (Is this the same Martha?)
