Sell rest of my estate and divide equally with my children Joseph D. Renfro, Elizabeth Yarbrough [Yarberry], John Renfro, N.E.H. Witherspoon, Mary Ann Harrison, Elan B. Renfro, Jasper Renfro. appt. Joseph D. Renfro and Benjamin Yarbrough executors 14 day, Aug. 1858. Above named Katherine Long or Hinkley remin in possession of my house & property until legally disposed of.
