Is the Duckett family related to Sylvania, Jane A. or John W. in the 1870 census?

William F. Bittick and Sylvania (Moreland) Bittick are buried in the Macedonia Cemetery, Wallaceburg Township, Hempstead Co, Arkansas. The cemetery is located a couple miles northeast of the town of Blevins, which is straight north of Hope. [see Tombstone photos]
