I. Mary E. Milne, the eldest child, a daughter of Robert and Sarah Ann Steen Milne, was born March 25, 1849. She was married, December 11, 1864, to- George R. Sullivan.
She was married a second time, April 11, 1871, to Joseph Beesley, who died May 5, 1898. To the first marriage was born one child, and to the second marriage five children.
The following are the children of Mary E. Milne Sullivan-
Bcesley:
I. — George W. Sullivan. a son of George R. and Mary E. Milne Sullivan, was born September 13, 1865, and died February 1, 1888, in the 23d year of his age.
II. — Charles E. Beesley, the second son of Mary E. Milne, the first child by her second husband, Joseph Beesley, was born March 16, 1872.
III. — Nancy V. J. Beesley, daughter of Joseph and Mary E. Milne Beesley, was born September 4, 1874, and was married September 16, 1893, to William T. Pennington.
IV. — Mary E. Beesley, daughter of Joseph and Mary E. Milne Beesley, was born June 4, 1878.
V. — Martlia C. Beesley, daughter of Joseph and Mary E. Milne Beesley, was born January 5, 1882.
VI. — Isaac H. Beesley, a son of Joseph and Mary E. Milne Beesley, was born September 6, 1885. Residence, Topaz, Douglas County, Missouri.
