County of Osage
The State of Missouri to all persons to whom these presents shall come Greetings Know ye that whereas Mary Wallace late of the County of Osage died intestate as it is said having at the time of her death property in this State, which may be lost, destroyed or diminished in value if speedy care be not taken of the same and to that end therefore and dispose of according to law we do hereby appoint John R. Bittick administrator of all and singular the goods and chattles, rights and credits which were of the said Mary Wallace at the time of her death with full power and authority to secure and dispose of said property according to law and collect all monies due said deceased and in general to do and perform all other acts and things which there after may be required of him by law.
In testimony whereof I Jno Y. Feckler Judge of Probate for Osage County have hereunto set my hand and seal of office on this fifth day of April 1845. Jno Y. Feckler, Judge.
