In the Circuit Court for Worth County, Plaintiffs state that one Daniel Cox late of the County of Worth aforesaid died sometime in the month of March 1863, leaving surviving him Catharine Cox his widow who also died sometime in the month of January 1864, and the plaintiff Alfred Cox, Nancy Fletchall who is the wife of the plaintiff... that sometime during the month of January 1865 the said George W. Cox died leaving no widow, she having previously died, and leaving as his only children heirs and legal representatives the above named defendants...
