Know all men by that [sic] presents that I john Wease for and in consideration of the sum of twenty seven dollars to me in hand paid by Philip Helterbrand and the receipt which is hereby acnoledge [sic] do hereby assign and convey and makeover to said Philip Helterbrand all my right title and interest in and to the Estate of Hannah Helterbrand dec'd given under my hand and seal this the 12th day of August 1852
