Will of George Smith, deceased, dated 1 Oct 1839 ...."To the heirs of LEVISA SMITH, I will and bequeath one hundred and fifty dollars."
I believe Smith is both her maiden and married name. I also believe she married her fathers half-brother, Levi Smith. Her heirs would then be: Mary Smith WATTS; John Smith, James Smith and Pamey Smith who sell their share of property in 1847 to Samuel Byrns.

St Louis Co, MO - Deed Bk C6, p115, dated 30 January 1847 ...This Deed made and entered unto this thireth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven by and between FREDERICK WATTS and MARY WATTS his wife, and JOHN SMITH, and JAMES SMITH, PAMEY SMITH of the first part and SAMUEL BYRNS of the second part all of the Counties of St Louis and Jefferson in the state of Missouri.....it being the same tract of land entered by GEORGE SMITH [Jr] our grandfather lying in St Louis County opposite to the mouth of Big River and in the West Bank of the Merrimack River.
