ALEXANDER McCOURTNEY deeded Survey 152 to his brother, JOHN and JOHN to his son, MARTIN. John Howell married a daughter of Martin. MARTIN, nephew of ALEXANDER, came from Pittsburg [PA] in 1837. He had 2 sons, both left and 2 daughters - Mrs J. HOWELL and Mrs Mary LINK.
